Opening day is on April 2, 2020 and the Red Sox will again be on the spotlight at Fenway Park. In preparation for this day, we went on a field trip in the IG of some of our favorite Red Sox players:
Mookie Betts : First player in the MLB to win the Most Valuable Player, Silver League, Gold Glove, batting title and World Series in the same season in 2018. Mookie is 27 year-old and was drafted by the Red Sox in 2011. He has a beautiful smile, great style and he is even a distant cousin of Meghan Markle. We can’t wait to see him on the field and bring his magic on Opening Day. (Get ready to see more posts about him in the coming months).
Xander Jan Bogaerts: The X-Man or Bogey or Bogie is from the beautiful Dutch island of Aruba. He signed as an amateur free agent by the Red Sox in 2009. Interestingly, his twin brother, Jair is also a Red Sox player. When he is not promoting tourism in Aruba, @theXman2, can be seen modeling for Indochino.
J.D. Martinez: He is a 3x All-Star (2015 – 2018 – 2019). On September 4, 2017, he hit 4 home runs in one game. J.D. Martinez’s 26 home runs at Fenway Park in 2018 are 8th-most in a single season. In addition to being one of the most handsome players of the league, J.D. is an avid adventurer and world-traveler. If you are wondering, his full name is Julio Daniel Martinez.
